About my photography work; I'm an artist by nature and I approach my photography in a soul-capturing manner. I'm not a "smile and say cheese" type of photographer and pride myself in being the opposite of "normal" in an industry over-saturated with cheesy family photographs. My aim is to capture a client(s) in their deepest, most raw appearance, whether it is a face of joy or a face deep in thought and reflection. I love to create "styled" photographs, utilizing make-up and costume to create an effect worthy of gallery fine art. I am a personable, intimate artist as a photographer with a boutique style etiquette. Alot of my work could be acclimated to early Renaissance portrait paintings with a haunting and slightly modern twist. I strive to provide an unexpected and rare experience in my home studio and reminisce over the possibility that; generations from now, great grandchildren and beyond may hang the portraits I've made in their home to honor their family history. It's a feeling that leaves me breathless.
